Floor Plans
The Floor Plans offer detailed maps of the NAB Show Exhibit Floors and Meeting Rooms. Your exhibit location will be highlighted and you will receive exclusive strip ads within each spread. We will also place your logo on the front cover as well as your ad on the back cover. You will even receive ad space on the online floor plans!


NAB Show Connector Shuttle Service
Monday - Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30p.m.
Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30p.m.

This service provides attendees an intra-facility shuttle to better navigate the LVCC. These buses are available for sponsorship and would include exclusive fully wrapped buses in addition to exclusive advertising rights on the 2-3 video monitors within. (They will also program NAB Show updates) Further you will receive sponsorship logo recognition on the bus stop kiosks located at the 5 different drop-off areas.

NAB Radio & TV Members Lounge
This exclusive lounge provides the right company a chance to target NAB's Television and Radio Members through signage, material distribution and networking opportunities. Registration Area Sponsorship
Includes a large banner in the registration area, your logo and screen saver on all the self-registration kiosks, and a distribution bin in which you can place a promotional item or promotional literature. Information Centers

Information Centers are the hub of activity at the NAB Show. Attendants will be on hand to assist attendees with questions while also distributing the NAB Show Program & Exhibit Guide, Floor Plans and your promotional materials. As the sponsor your logo will be incorporated into the design of the structure and you may also opt to provide video monitors to run your corporate message during the event.

Convention Notepads
NAB will produce and distribute notepads containing the sponsor's artwork, contact information, logo and message. They will be throughout the Las Vegas Convention Center or in specific conference session rooms based on your needs!

Exhibit Floor Information Kiosks
These kiosks, integrating the sponsor’s logo and corporate message into the structure design, will be located throughout the exhibit floors throughout the Las Vegas Convention Center. To increase your presence, you can even outfit the kiosk staff with your company shirts and place a small brochure on the counters. This is one of few opportunities for company exposure on the exhibit floor outside of your exhibit space.

International Trade Center
The International Trade Center assists all international delegates at the NAB Show. More than 27,000 attendees from 160+ countries are expected from outside the U.S. making this venue very popular and useful. This center provides translators, meeting rooms, electronic import/export matching, a lounge area and assistance from the Department of Commerce’s International Buyer Program. As the sponsor your logo will be incorporated in the design of the structure and your promotional materials may be placed throughout the venue.


Newsroom
You can reach more than 1,200 domestic and international press expected at the NAB Show by sponsoring the Newsroom. Garner maximum exposure to the press and showcase your new product and/or services. Registration Badge Inserts
