To ensure a quick and effective move-in for the 2008 NAB Show, exhibitors are assigned a target move-in date indicating when your company can have freight delivered and begin setting up your booth. If you are shipping your materials direct to show site, your company's target move-in date is the day your freight should arrive at the Show and when it will be unloaded and placed in your booth. If you shipped your materials to the advance warehouse this is the day Freeman will place your materials in your booth. Companies are allowed to start setting up later than
—but not prior to— the authorized target date, provided the freight is delivered on the target date. Each date is determined based on the booth's size and location: The larger the booth and the further it is from both freight doors and no-freight aisles, generally the earlier its target move-in date. Refer to the maps below for your target move-in date.
Note that target dates are subject to change based on the floor configuration. Floorplan changes may affect your target move-in date. Requests for change in target date cannot be granted. If you have questions about your target date, please contact Marisol Camacho at Freeman at
