Badge Scanning: Please note: if your badge is scanned by an Exhibitor or Sponsor during NAB Show you are actively consenting to the transfer of your personal data to that company. You have the right to deny being scanned in order to keep your information private. If you later wish to revoke your data from that company you must contact them directly.  If you believe you have been scanned against your wishes, please let us know at

Tracking: This event will employ eventBit® behavioral measurement technology. The eventBit® technology utilizes a Bluetooth low-emission beacon, affixed to the back of the attendee’s badge, to measure behavior at this event. The beacon signal is captured by readers located in event areas (expo halls, session rooms, etc.), and does not track your behavior beyond these spaces. For your security, the eventBit® hardware does not store any personal information. Your location data will be added to your registration information and used in accordance with the event’s privacy policy as stated in Experient Terms of Use linked here. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of tracking when you obtain your badge.

Email: You will have the opportunity to opt in to additional email communications through registration.  NAB and its vendors, exhibitors and partners always treat your personal information with the utmost care and never sells or gives it to other companies without your permission. When we contact you by email, all email campaigns from NAB will contain instructions and/or hyper-links to Opt In or Opt Out (unsubscribe) of our email lists. From time to time you may see or hear of a company claiming to have data we’ve collected for sale or trade. These are scammers that are not associated with NAB in any way! You are encouraged to report these instances to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission.
