|Shipping – International||Once the shipment is on its way to Las Vegas, you would be obligated to pay for the services performed. If you cancel the shipping order before it was picked up, Agility will terminate the order and no charges will be incurred. Please reach out to the vendor contact.|

|Security||DTA Security will not assess cancellation penalties for orders that are canceled 48 hours prior to the start of service. Orders canceled less than 48 hours will be charged for services that would have been completed in the first 24 hours of the ordered services. DTA Security is canceling all requests for security services related to NAB. There isn’t anything that you need to do on but you are able to send a notice to “firstname.lastname@example.org” if you prefer.|

|Lead Retrieval / Badge Scanners||To receive a full refund for your lead retrieval purchase on this canceled event, please send a refund request to our dedicated email box: email@example.com. Please include a copy of your receipt/confirmation or invoice number. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing by Experient. We will honor all refund requests for 90 days after the event’s original move-in date of <<Enter Move-In Date>>. Please keep in mind that credit card refund posting times vary by merchant and bank.|

Custom rental exhibits will be refunded at 25%. |
Freeman will charge for work performed for labor, material handling, transportation and cleaning. Graphics (signage), custom booth fabrication, custom carpet & flooring (including prestige carpet) are non-refundable.
