Complimentary Registration

Conference Speakers receive a free Show registration, which will be handled for you in advance.

Concierge Badge Service

Upon arrival at the Show, you may proceed to one of three Speaker Ready Rooms to pick up your Speaker Badge Holder. You will need to present a form of government-issued ID in order to pick up your Badge Holder. Badge Holders may also be picked up at any Registration or Badge Holder Pickup location; however, there are typically lines at these locations.

Onsite Amenities

Your Speaker Badge provides you with access to the Speaker Ready Rooms, where you can grab a cup of coffee, access the Internet or meet up with your colleagues. Ready Rooms are open during Show Registration hours.

Industry Recognition

NAB Show Speakers are featured within Session listings and elsewhere on, including photo and bio information.

The Broadcast Engineering and IT Conference

Call for Papers

Proposals are currently being accepted for papers to be included on the 2020 program of NAB Show’s Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology Conference (BEIT). Technical presentations should consider pressing issues facing today’s media professionals, including the ongoing transition to IT and IP-based systems.

The NAB Show Conference and All-Badge Access Programming

Call for Speakers

Proposals and abstracts for conference sessions, keynotes, roundtables, exhibition floor theaters, speakers and more are now being accepted! For 2020, we are accepting submissions for a number of our Floor Theater educational pavilions as well as select tracks within the NAB Show Conference (formerly the Conference Flex Program).

Streaming Summit

Call for Speakers

The two-track Streaming Summit will feature nearly 100 speakers covering a wide range of business and technology topics including: video monetization, live streaming, video advertising, packaging and playback, direct-to-consumer models, content bundling, transcoding, cloud based platforms and workflows, amongst other topics. The format will include fireside chats, best practices technical presentations, case studies and round-table sessions.

Paid Thought-Leadership Opportunities

NAB Show is also accepting abstracts from manufacturers, service providers, vendors, exhibitors and sponsors for paid thought leadership opportunities both on the floor and in conference programs at the show. Space is limited and pricing varies by opportunity. View available opportunities or submit an abstract, and if your proposal is selected, a sales representative from NAB Show will be in touch to discuss opportunities and pricing.
