Whether you’re building your booth, coordinating your team, or managing vendors onsite, this page outlines everything you need to know about exhibitor badges, access policies, and registration logistics for NAB Show New York.

Important Reminders:

All individuals must have an official NAB Show New York badge or pass to access the Exhibit Hall.
Attendee badge holders will not be permitted entry outside of published Show Hours.
No one under the age of 16 is permitted at any time.
International visitors may require a visa — View the Travel Support Information for details on how to obtain a visa.

Show Badges

Exhibitor Badge

Designed for staff working in your booth during the event. Grants access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in, show days (including early/late access), and move-out.

Allotment: 8 badges per 100 sq. ft. (9 sq. m) of booth space
Additional badges: $25 each
Not valid for customers or outside vendors
Misuse may result in badge revocation by show management

Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) Badge

Required for any non-NAB Show exclusive or preferred vendors working in your booth (e.g., install, design, A/V).

Allotment: Unlimited
Must register via the EAC Registration portal
Must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) for show management approval

Manufacturer Representative Badge

For independent reps who sell or promote your products but are not direct employees.

Allotment: Unlimited
Access limited to published show hours only
No early or after-hours access permitted

Additional Show Passes (Move-In/Out + Special Access)

These passes are issued by Show Management onsite as needed and are not available through the Exhibitor Registration portal.

Off-Hours Work Pass

Required for booth work outside scheduled move-in/move-out hours (link to access hours).
Request from the Show Management office onsite between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Special Event Guest Pass

Required for pre-approved events occurring before or after Show Hours.
Request from the Show Management office onsite between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Booth Maintenance Pass

Allows booth vendors access for early morning or post-show cleanup during Show Days.
Request from the Show Management office onsite between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Note: EACs are only allowed during move-in/move-out without this pass.
