Ken DeGennaro is the NBA Executive Vice President and Head of Media Operations and Technology. DeGennaro oversees the league’s broadcast operations, engineering, player tracking and stats, and OTT technology departments and is also responsible for the global delivery of video and statistics via satellite, fiber, broadband and mobile. He manages the development and implementation of NBA Cloud Services, including significant AI and ML executions supporting both business and basketball analytics alike. DeGennaro helped spearhead the launch of the reimagine NBA App in 2022 and leads the NBA’s Stats Technology group, which is responsible for all data and metrics presented on NBA.com. DeGennaro joined the NBA in March 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Jurisprudence from Seton Hall Law.
