Qualified media personal is invited to use our on-site newsroom — equipped so you can meet your deadlines without leaving the Las Vegas Convention Center.
- ELIGIBILITY: Credentialed media (application required).

Saturday, April 18 | 8 a.m. — 5 p.m.
Sunday, April 19 | 8 a.m. — 5 p.m.
Monday, April 20 | 8 a.m. — 5 p.m.
Tuesday, April 21 | 8 a.m. — 5 p.m.

Amenities and Benefits
Workspaces
Use our workspaces to stay focused and on schedule.
Computers
Borrow one of eight PC laptops. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Printers
Print what you need on-site. The room comes equipped with 2-3 colored printers.
Wi-Fi
Connect with Wi-Fi, available throughout the convention center, at 5 Mbps.
Ethernet Drop
Bring an ethernet cable and plug-in to ensure you don’t lose connection.
Daily Storage
Storage is available throughout the day (not overnight).
Gear Check
Check and charge your gear throughout the day. Security will not be actively monitoring equipment.
Refreshments
Limited snacks and beverages will be available; a water bubbler dispenser is provided all day.
Press Badge Access and Pickup
Your NAB Show press badge provides access to:
- Newsroom (⚲ N245/N247) and Press Briefing Room (⚲ N249)
- All areas and activities on the Show Floor
- All conferences (unless stated otherwise)
- Hospitality Suites at the Wynn and Encore with an appointment
- All CineCentral Workshops with prior approval. Email: Kristin Petrovich [email protected]

Your NAB Show press badge will not provide access to:
- The Devoncroft Executive Summit. To attend, you must purchase a separate registration for their event. They do not currently offer press passes.
