Technical Difficulties

For those of you experiencing technical difficulties, we’re hoping the following can help you troubleshoot and fix issues quickly. If you’re still having trouble, click the “Help” button in the bottom right corner and someone from our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Rest assured that content will be made available for on-demand viewing on this site for at least 30 days post-event, so you’ll be able to catch up on anything you might have missed due to technical issues. Thanks for joining us for NAB Show New York and we hope to have you up and running again shortly.

Stuck In An Endless Loop?

We are in the midst of troubleshooting an issue that appears to be affecting 3% of our attendees, where they get stuck in an endless loop where the system asks them to log in on Amplify, they log in, go back to the Show site and are then asked to log in to Amplify again, where they are already logged in. If you are one of these unfortunate folks, our sincerest apologies, and please know we have our best people looking into how to resolve this. In the meantime we’ve come up with a couple solutions.

  1. The easiest solution, and something that works for most, is to do the following:
    1. On Windows: Shift Control R or Control F5
    2. On Mac: Command Shift R.
  2. If that doesn’t work, try to clear your cookies.
  3. If this doesn’t work, try opening the site in an incognito window.
  4. If that doesn’t work, try the following:
    1. Go to this link and click “log in with username and password” and enter your credentials.
    2. In the same window, go to the homepage or the page you wish to access.

Thank you again for our patience as we continue troubleshooting this, and please know that all content will be available for on-demand viewing following the show and for at least 30 days, should you have missed any content due to the above looping.

Chat Not Working?

Our chat system had some tech difficulties for a half hour around 10 a.m. ET on Monday, Oct 26. This issue has now been resolved. If you’re still not seeing chat or it’s not functioning for you, first be sure you’re logged in. If still having difficulties, please try one of the following solutions:

  1. The easiest solution, and something that works for most, is to do the following:
    1. On Windows: Shift Control R or Control F5
    2. On Mac: Command Shift R.
  2. If that doesn’t work, try to clear your cookies.

Thanks for your patience as we worked to find a resolution.
