Ensure journalists covering NAB Show are aware of your press event! Complete the form below to submit details of your news briefing, in-booth demo or off-site press event. Event listing will be posted in the Newsroom, appear online in the News Briefing Schedule and will also be included in press advisories. There is no fee to have your event listed.
Need a Room?
A fully equipped Press Briefing Room is available as a complimentary service to exhibitors.
- Room is reserved for 45 minutes starting at the top of each hour, start times are from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Available Saturday, April 5 – Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
- Reservations are offered on a first-come, first serve basis – don’t wait!
- All events in the News Briefing Room will be posted in the Newsroom, listed online and included in press advisories.

The Press Briefing room is located in W208, on the upper level of West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, next to the Newsroom.

Press Briefing Room Details
The News Briefing Room is available on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. It is scheduled on the hour for one hour and comes equipped with the following:

- (1) Confidence Monitor
- Row seating for 60+
