Follow these easy steps to ensure your materials arrive on time and at the right place. Items can be shipped to the Freeman warehouse in Las Vegas or directly to the NAB Show site.

Advance Warehouse

Deliver between March 3 – 26. Deliveries outside of this window will incur additional fees.

Direct to Show Site

No earlier than March 31. Shipments will be turned away if carrier tries to deliver before March 31.
