Age Limits
For safety reasons, anyone under the age of 16 (unless pre-approved as a Youth Professional) is not allowed to register or access the Exhibit Halls or Sessions. Strollers or infant carriers are not permitted in the Exhibit Halls at any time.
Audio Visual / Policy
For Credentialed Press
Limited permission to take still photographs, video and sound recordings at NAB Show.
Photography and videography at NAB Show is a benefit for credentialed media with limited permissions. Distribution of photographs, video and audio obtained at NAB Show through the presentation of media credentials is limited to use on the websites, social media, content channels and publications directly associated with the media brand(s) listed during the credential holder’s registration process. All other uses are prohibited. Credentialed media are responsible for securing any permissions necessary to present images of private individuals, intellectual property, or trademarked brands. NAB reserves the right to revoke these privileges at any time. Photos and/or audio and video recordings are the exclusive property of NAB and NAB retains the right to revoke consent of use at any time.
On the Exhibit Floor
- Photos and/or recordings of exhibits in the exhibit halls may require the exhibitor’s consent.
- These activities should not cause disruption to exhibitors or attendees
Inside Session Rooms and At Events
- Video and audio will be used in brief reports only, and no final product will incorporate more than five continuous minutes of video or audio from any one session.
- There will be no attempts made to recreate the content or present the session for viewing.
- Please comply with all specific requests for placement of mics, use of mult boxes or camera locations. It is up to credential holders to check this before each session or event starts.
- Do not use artificial lighting when the room is darkened for projection or computer display purposes.
- These activities should not cause disruption to speakers or attendees.
For General Attendees
If you have a news or documentary project for which you would like to include footage of NAB Show or are seeking to film at either Show for coverage purposes, please contact NAB Show’s Media Relations Team. For any marketing projects involving video, please contact NAB Show’s Marketing Team. Photography and/or recording (including audio and video) during NAB Show is allowed for personal and private use only.
- Photos and/or recordings of exhibits in the exhibit halls may require the exhibitor’s permission.
- Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited or distributed without NAB’s prior written consent, which may be revoked at any time.
- Photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of NAB. NAB retains the right to revoke consent.
- No disruptions due to photography and/or recording shall be allowed and violators may lose attendance privileges.
- Photography and/or recording are prohibited in NAB Show sessions.
Badge Pickup Policies
Attendees:
Government issued photo ID is required to pick up your badge. You may only pick up your own badge.
- Special Rates:
- NAB offers discounted rates to Students and Government employees. Failure to provide the required identification will result in being charged the full non-member rate to print your badge.
- *Students will need to provide school-issued students.
- *Government and military will need to provide their official government employee or military issued ID.
- NAB Member Registration:
- Registering at the NAB member rate is subject to membership verification. Select “NAB Member” during registration and provide the member company when prompted to receive the membership rate.
Exhibitors and Manufacturer Representatives:
Individual Badge Pickup (Exhibitors and Manufacturer Representatives):
Exhibitors and manufacturer representatives can individually collect badges at any registration location by presenting their registration confirmation and a valid photo ID.
Group Badge Pickup (Exhibitors Only through Saturday):
Group Badge Pickup is available during registration hours at any Full-Service Registration desk at the Las Vegas Convention Center (does not include satellite registration locations).
Badges may be picked up in smaller batches or in their entirety by a registered exhibitor. Once picked up, that exhibitor is responsible for distributing badges to the respective registrants.
Photo ID verification and proof of employment (i.e. a business card) will be required for pick up and reprints.
Exhibitors may also pick up their manufacturer representatives’ badges on their behalf. However, manufacturer representatives can only pick up their own individual badges.
Code of Conduct
NAB Show Management is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all NAB Show participants. To this end, NAB Show Management strictly prohibits any act that demeans, menaces, discriminates against or harasses any NAB Show participant based on their sex, gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), creed, veteran status, technology choices or other characteristic protected by governing law. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties and online media. While at NAB Show or any related events, staff, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, NAB Show agents, speakers, attendees, exhibitors, media and all other participants are prohibited from: demeaning, menacing, discriminating against and/or harassing any individual at NAB Show based on any of the afore-listed characteristics; engaging in any acts of violence; possessing any item that can be used as a weapon; possessing any illegal substance; smoking (other than in designated areas); and/or failing to obey any rule or regulation of NAB Show or of the venue.
NAB Show Management expects all NAB Show participants to abide by this Code of Conduct at all conference venues and conference-related social events. If a participant engages in any prohibited or otherwise unacceptable behavior, NAB Show Management, in its sole discretion, may take any action they deem appropriate, including removing the violator from NAB Show without warning and contacting the authorities as necessary. NAB Show participants who are removed from NAB Show pursuant to this provision will not receive a refund of their admission fee. If you believe that you are the victim of or have witnessed any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to NAB Show Management located in room TBD in the Las Vegas Convention Center or by emailing [email protected]. All determinations of violations of this Code of Conduct will be made in NAB Show Management’s sole discretion and such decision(s) are final.
Please know that NAB Show Management will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of NAB Show.
This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to NAB Show’s rights, all of which it expressly reserves. NAB Show Management further reserves the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time and in its sole discretion.
Health & Safety Policy
Due to the uncertainty related to the novel coronavirus SARS-COV-2 (together with any variation thereof, “COVID-19”), Attendee acknowledges that their registration, tickets, and admission to any of the NAB Show Activities (“Activities”) are subject to all government (including, but not limited to, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the State of , the City of and any other governing Federal or local government agency), the venue and NAB Show safety and health policies, which include the information set forth below. Attendee acknowledges that due to the evolving nature of the pandemic, NAB Show may continue to develop and update these policies in the intervening time between Attendee’s registration or receipt of a badge and the date of the Show (“Event”).
By registering for and/or attending or participating in any of the Activities, Attendee acknowledges and agrees, on behalf of themselves and anyone accompanying them (including any minor(s)) that: (1) they will comply with such policies and regularly check for any updates to such policies available via the NAB Show website; (2) their attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance; (3) that if their admission to any of the Activities is denied or revoked because they have failed or refused to comply with any such safety and health policies of the venue or NAB Show, they will not be eligible for any remedy, credit or refund; (4) they, for themselves and on behalf of their family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and personal representatives, hereby forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue NAB its board members, officers, affiliates, employees, successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by them related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party attending NAB Show or otherwise, while participating in any activity while in, on or around NAB Show and/or while using any facilities, tools, equipment or materials; and (5) they agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the Released Parties due to bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss or any other injury from or related to their attendance at NAB Show or use of any facilities, tools, equipment or materials related to NAB Show, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise specifically related to COVID-19.
Data Collection
By registering for NAB Show, you consent to NAB’s collection and storage of the data on the registration form in the United States.
Badge Scanning: By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor during NAB Show, you are actively consenting to the transfer of your personal data to that company. You have the right to deny having your badge scanned in order to keep your information private. If you later wish to revoke your data from such a company you must contact that company directly. If you believe you have been scanned against your wishes, please let us know at [email protected].
Email: You will have the opportunity to Opt-In to additional email communications during the NAB Show registration process. NAB and its vendors, exhibitors and partners always treat your personal information with the utmost care and never sells or gives it to other companies without your prior permission. When we contact you by email, all email campaigns from NAB will contain instructions and/or hyperlinks to Opt-In or Opt-Out (unsubscribe) of our email list(s). From time to time, you may see or hear of a company claiming to have data NAB has collected for sale or trade. These are scammers that are not associated with NAB in any way! You are encouraged to report these instances to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission.

Purchases from Show Floor
The NAB Show’s Show and Sell Program permits exhibitors to sell products directly from their booths on the Show floor. Attendees are encouraged to make purchases during the event.
- All items sold through the Show and Sell Program are subject to an 8.375% Nevada State Tax, which will be applied at the point of sale.
- Attendees must retain and present their purchase receipt upon exiting the NAB Show floor for verification purposes.
- Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all exhibitors and attendees participating in the Show and Sell Program.
Photography Disclaimer
From time to time, NAB Show or its contractors record, photograph, and/or stream the various aspects and activities of NAB Show, for both archival and promotional purposes. By attending NAB Show, you give NAB and its contractors permission to use your voice and image in any such archival or promotional recording, photograph, or streaming activity without any compensation or credit to you.
Refunds / Cancellations
Cancellations received before March 7, 2025, are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% total purchased. All tickets are non-refundable. The cancellation deadline is March 15, 2024. New registrations received after March 7, 2025, are non-refundable. All refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after the deadline. New registrations received after the deadline are non-refundable. Please note that ticketed events and monorail are non-refundable. NAB Show reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
The cancellation deadline is March 15, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after the March 7, 2025, deadline. New registrations received after March 7, 2025, are non-refundable. Cancellations received before March 7, 2025, are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% total purchased. All tickets are non-refundable.
Registration Verification / Changes
Changes to your registration can be made by calling (864) 208-8418, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET or emailing [email protected]. Please clearly state to the customer service representative that you are already registered and provide your Badge ID number. You may also make changes online. Please choose the “Add/Edit events” option on the Dashboard.
Substitutions / Replacements
There is a $25 fee for substitutions. There is a $50 fee for badge replacements. Please note that ticketed events and monorail tickets will have to be repurchased.
Suitcasing / Outboarding
Suit casing and outboarding rules and regulations pertain to the NAB Show floor, NAB Show public areas, the Las Vegas Convention Center and official event hotels.
NAB Show restricts Exhibitors from hosting or participating in competing or conflicting events or activities that occur during official NAB Show hours; this is considered “outboarding”. Exhibitors violating this policy will be subject to cancellation of their booth without refund and may not be invited to participate in future events.
NAB Show has a zero-tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing.” All marketing and promotion must remain within the contracted exhibit space. Marketing materials may not be placed on conference tables or other areas not within the booth’s boundaries, neither inside nor outside the exhibit halls. Show Management reserves the right to remove individuals or discard display materials that do not comply with these guidelines.
