Ari Davidson is a passionate visual storyteller serving as the Sales and Outreach Manager at Kodak Motion Picture. With over 15 years of experience in the film industry, including a successful tenure as a freelance cinematographer since 2007 and two years with Kodak, Ari blends intuitive creativity with expert technical knowledge of photographic mediums. Inspired by the emotive power of photography and the cinematic brilliance of directors like Tony Scott and Robert Zemeckis, Ari has dedicated his career to supporting filmmakers and fostering community growth. At Kodak, Ari has played a pivotal role in event programming at The Kodak House—hosting Oscar-winning filmmakers, industry mixers, and hands-on training—while also driving product activation for the Kodak S8 camera. Currently, Ari is cinematographer on a personal documentary exploring an intersection of bitcoin and basketball, and aspires to expand film photography’s presence in universities. A believer in listening often and acting quickly, Ari thrives at the grassroots of creative projects, guided by a philosophy of trusting the process and prioritizing story above all.
