Sarah is an award-winning producer and director based in Venice Beach, CA, with a career spanning both documentary and narrative filmmaking. Her journey began in development at Jerry Bruckheimer Films & Television and MTV Films, which laid the foundation for her diverse career in the industry. Since then, she has held roles across the production landscape, from working on the CBS drama Criminal Minds to serving as Vice President and Producer at Master Key Productions, where she led international shoots for shows like Scandal, Covert Affairs, and Royal Pains.
Sarah's feature documentary work has earned critical acclaim. Do You Dream in Color? received the NYWIFT Loreen Arbus Disability Awareness Award and the Jacob Bolotin Award for its impact in the blind community. Distributed by Uncork’d Entertainment and Dark Horse, this film showcases her passion for advocacy through film.
Her second feature documentary, Sk8 Girlz, follows an all-female skateboard team in Orange County, CA. With two documentaries behind her, Sarah narrative filmmaking projects.
In addition to traditional filmmaking, Sarah is passionate about the evolving role of technology in the arts. She is actively exploring the intersection of filmmaking and machine learning, creating AI-driven short projects and educating other filmmakers on how generative AI can transform the creative process. Presently, she is production two AI driven films with the Entertainment Technology Center at USC.
A graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts, Sarah’s work continues to be driven by a commitment to powerful, thought-provoking storytelling.
