Sheila Kirby, is President of Mentoring and Inspiring Women is Radio, Inc. (MIW) a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of female leadership in radio broadcasting.

With an illustrious career spanning decades, Sheila Kirby has solidified her reputation as a trailblazer in the radio industry. Kirby most recently served as Senior Vice President, Sales Acceleration for Audacy, and brought a wealth of experience and leadership to this esteemed position. Prior to her role at Audacy (formerly, CBS Radio), Kirby held key executive positions, including Senior Vice President of Revenue Development at Tribune Sales Solutions and President of Strategic Sales Development at Interep. Additionally, she served as the CEO and Owner of Morrison and Abraham, a leading sales consulting firm renowned for its innovative approaches to revenue generation for media companies worldwide.

Throughout her career, Kirby has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the industry. She has been consecutively honored as one of the "Top 20 Women in Sales and Marketing" by the Alliance for Women in Media.  Moreover, Radio Ink has named her one of the "Most Influential Women in Radio," in 2025 highlighting her significant impact and influence.
