Welcome to the Sponsor & Advertiser Resource Center. From pre-show promotion to onsite exposure, the NAB Show New York Client Services Team is ready to help ensure your promotional investment is a success.

Sponsorship and advertising opportunities are customized for each company. You will receive a personalized welcome email and additional emails in the weeks leading up to the Show. These communications will be your primary resource for important information. Please ensure we have the correct contact for your contracted sponsorship and advertising opportunity. SHIPPING

Follow these easy steps to ensure your materials arrive on time and at the right location. Items can be shipped to the Freeman Warehouse in New Jersey or Direct to Show Site. Please complete this Shipping Form so we know what to expect.

  • Thursday, August 29: Logo Deadline for onsite printed signs and structures
  • Monday, September 16: Ads and Logos due for onsite digital signs
  • TBD: Submit Your Session Listing
  • Monday, September 30: Final Payments Due
  • Monday, September 9: First Day to Deliver to Warehouse
  • TBD: Housing Deadline (Reserve rooms ASAP for best availability)
  • Monday, September 30: Deadline to Deliver to Warehouse
  • Monday, October 7: First Day to Deliver to Show Site
  • Tuesday, October 8: Deadline to Deliver to Show Site
