Whether you sponsored a session or purchased an onsite banner, here is where you’ll find all the details regarding fulfillment of your promotional opportunity. Please follow the instructions below for submitting your promotional assets.
Logos and corresponding links should be submitted through this form. This will ensure the appropriate logo is added to the website and included in onsite signage.
Your submitted logo will be included on the website and on applicable signage at the show. Be sure to follow these guidelines for submitting your logos and artwork:
- For logo placement for onsite signage, please submit .EPS files in addition to .PNG files.
- If you’re submitting a logo for digital use, please submit a .PNG or .JPEG file.
- Minimum file size is 600 px tall and/or wide.
- We recommend color/4C image files as all-white logos will appear as black when posted on the website.
Please follow these guidelines for submitting your ads and related brand assets:
For On-Floor Sponsored Theater Sessions:
- Please email any questions to Neil Nixon, your main point of contact.
- Sponsors will receive detailed instructions from NAB once your sponsored session is contracted and a time slot is assigned.
- Once confirmed, speakers will be set up in our registration system. They will receive instructions on how to complete their registration in September 2024.
All sessions will have audio/visual support for presentations, though speakers are not required to create or use a presentation for their session.
If you choose to create a slide deck for your session:
- Optionally, you can use the official NAB Show New York PowerPoint template, but this is not a requirement. If you prefer, you’re welcome to use your own branded templates.
- Presentation slides must be in 16:9 format.
- Presentation slides saved as a Keynote file (Apple’s presentation application) file will NOT be accepted.
- Video clips: MP4 file in 16×9 format using standard resolution (720px).
- Please bring your laptop and a backup flash drive with your presentation to the theater 15 minutes before your session.
- Each on-floor theater will have 3-4 chairs on stage. Please plan the number of speakers in your presentation accordingly.
- Each on-floor theater will have a confidence monitor for the speakers.
