2024 Space Selection

The show is scheduled to take place October 9-10, 2024 at the Javits Center.

The Floor Plan

The Floor Plan reflects inventory in real time and available booths are shaded blue. Companies can contract for raw space or select a turnkey package that includes the raw space and standard furnishings.

**NEW for 2024**

The left side of the show floor is shaded to reflect exhibitors that serve the video/photo market in the Photo+Video Lab as one of the growth areas in the New York Show. If you do not have products and services that cater to that audience, please do not select a booth within that shaded area of the floor. NAB will conduct an audit post space selection to ensure all companies in that area are appropriate.

NOTE: Meeting rooms, sponsorship and advertising opportunities will be available for purchase after Space Selection.

Pricing and Contract Details

• NAB is offering an onsite renewal rate of $39 per sq ft. This offer is valid for companies that contract and pay 50% by November 30. Starting December 1, the exhibit space pricing increases to $41 per sq. ft. and will be sold in increments of 100 sq ft.
• Exhibitors can elect to sign the PDF or electronic version of the contract once the booth has been selected. Contract will be posted here soon.
• Your contract must be signed and initial 50% deposit paid by November 30, 2023 to maintain the $39 per square foot onsite renewal rate for your 2024 space. Otherwise, the hold will be removed from the floor and you can recontract at the $41 per square foot rate from that time forward.
