Press Resources for Exhibitors

Ensure journalists covering NAB Show are aware of your press event! Submit your request using the link below to list the details of your news briefing, in-booth demo or off-site press event.  Event listing will be posted in the Newsroom, appear online in the Press Resources area and will also be included in press advisories.  There is no fee to have your event listed.

Need a Room?

• A fully equipped News Briefing Room is available as a complimentary service to exhibitors.
• News Briefing Room is located next to the Newsroom in the North Hall Meeting Rooms Level 2, Room N249.
• Room is reserved for 45 minutes starting at the top of each hour, start times are from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• Available Saturday, April 13 – Tuesday, April 16, 2024
• Reservations are offered on a first-come, first serve basis – don’t wait!
• All events in the News Briefing Room will be posted in the Newsroom, listed online and included in press advisories.

Tell us about the coverage opportunities you are developing around your booth presence. Our media relations team will curate the details you provide and share with the Show’s registered press corps.  

• All information provided will be shared as provided (we will not edit your copy)
• Exhibitor Name will be linked the Exhibitor Profile you have completed via the Exhibitor Dashboard powered by MapYourShow – make sure your profile is complete and up to date! See how to do that here. 
• We are unable to manage embargo requests.   
• Please read all notes on forms; they are important! 

Deadlines: 

• March 21 – Initial compilation and share of information submitted by this date.
• April 8 – Update with new submissions to be distributed at the 2024 NAB Show.
