  1. Warning Related to COVID-19 Infection
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be extremely contagious. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death. As a result, federal, state and local governments and health agencies have, under certain circumstances, recommended social distancing and other safety measures and prohibited the congregation of groups of people. It is not possible for NAB to prevent against the presence of the disease and, therefore, if you choose to attend NAB Show, you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. COVID-19 infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and/or death. NAB cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting or spreading COVID-19 while attending NAB Show. The risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while attending NAB Show may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of you and/or others present at NAB Show.
  2. Assumption of Risk
I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. Attending NAB Show is of such value to me that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting and/or spreading COVID-19 in order to attend NAB Show and I hereby declare that I choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 and I agree that I am personally responsible for my safety and actions while attending NAB Show.
  3. Waiver of Risk and Release of Liability
With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, for myself and on behalf of my family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and personal representatives, hereby forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue NAB its board members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party attending NAB Show or otherwise, while participating in any activity while in, on or around NAB Show and/or while using any facilities, tools, equipment or materials.
  4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the Released Parties due to bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss or any other injury from or related to my attendance at NAB Show or use of any facilities, tools, equipment or materials related to NAB Show, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise specifically related to COVID-19.

Suitcasing and outboarding rules and regulations pertain to the NAB Show floor, NAB Show public areas, the Las Vegas Convention Center and official event hotels.

NAB Show restricts Exhibitors from hosting or participating in competing or conflicting events or activities that occur during official NAB Show hours; this is considered “outboarding”. Exhibitors violating this policy will be subject to cancellation of their booth without refund and may not be invited to participate in future events.

NAB Show has a zero-tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing.” All marketing and promotion must remain within the contracted exhibit space. Marketing materials may not be placed on conference tables or other areas that are not within the boundaries of the booth, both inside and outside of the exhibit halls. Show Management reserves the right to remove individuals or discard display materials that do not comply with these guidelines.

Policies subject to change without notice.
